Corey did a great job! He's always on top of things and so pleasant! We brought 2 cars in for windshields- that day Corey was not there. There was a delay in the delivery if one of the windshields and nobody called me. They let my car sit there all day without getting repaired. Andy did not communicate any of that with us. I found out when I called at 4 pm to inquire. They fixed my daughter's car but not mine. So I went without a car all day and got no repair. I have very few days off work so that was inconvenient. When we arrived to get my daughters car back, her tire was flat. We asked them to air it (I had asked to have that done before pick up). They did not attend to the flat tire. I had to ask. The person who took it back noticed she had 4 miles to empty and offered to put a small amount of gas in the car. She brought it back out with air in the tire but no gas and said she was told to "leave it like it is." Are you serious? After receiving over $1900 to repair a windshield, and failing to communicate with us all day, they can't put $10 of gas in her car so she can get to a gas station? I would like this addressed. It's truly unbelievable. When they sent a driver to pick us up, she was given the wrong address (by Andy) to our house. It took her almost an hour to get to us because of the address issue. I brought my car in for the second time on a day that Corey was there, and it went much better. He communicated with me throughout the day and got the car finished promptly. It was also washed and vacuumed. I hope you know what a wonderful person you have in Corey. I also want to compliment Simon. He was very nice and friendly- he drove us home after we dropped off the cars on the first day of service. He was very professional. Angelica was also very nice and professional when she picked me up and the 2nd day of service. More
