Spoke with Robert explaining that where a loner vehicle was not available for weeks, that I could not wait that long. He was good enough to have the vehicle looked at the same day it was towed and determi was not available for weeks, that I could not wait that long. I took my car there for service including replacing the front headlights. Jennifer xxxxx was my agent . She received me very well and took care of me immediately. She took photo of an issue I had with one front headlights. Jennifer xxxxx was my agent . She received me very well and took care of me immediately. She took photo of an issue I had with one of front trim and a few scratches caused by that rim while driving to the dealership. May items had to be done which I had approved her to fulfill. She loaned me a car to go home and I returned a couple days later to retrieve my Discovery Sports. She exerted due diligence and professionalism and good customer relations skills and want to congratulate her for an excellent job. Bravo Jennifer yiy are the best! Thank you! More
