The reason for the service appointment: normal annual service time had arrived. In addition I was concerned about the brakes in that at intervals that were rather noisy. Exceptional service by Shelly Frye. Dropped by to have the problem evaluated by her to ensure we were aligned as to the issue and I wasn’t imagining the issue and that all the necessary settings were adju the problem evaluated by her to ensure we were aligned as to the issue and I wasn’t imagining the issue and that all the necessary settings were adjusted in attempt to ensure the issue with my speaker was indeed an issue. She listened intently ensured steps I had taken were correct, went and got a service tech to confirm and we set the appointment. As promised on arrival a loaner vehicle from Crown not Enterprise was available (THANK YOU). My neck after surgery appreciates the quality loaner! She kept me updated on the progress after the door assembly removed and found that the speaker was bad and not something loose and advised part was ordered. Within 24 hours the part was ordered and the car was ready by 1pm the next day in pristine clean condition and the Meridian Sound System streaming music without interference! I couldn’t ask for a better Service Advisor and am always at ease when I leave my BABY - DEFENDER with the knowing its in the best hands!. More

I've had the pleasure of working with the team at Crown for a while now. The car has been very good so I'm not there often thankfully, but I am there enough to have learned what makes the dealership tick. for a while now. This time I was having a little brake or something issue, just some little noises. Greg Burkhart looks after me when I'm there. It's obviously a customer-centric job, but Greg goes beyond because he's just programmed to do a great job and be a pro. Excellent always. So my little squeak - it was a thing, could have cost me some real money. Instead, the team at Crown replaced the brakes and had it ready the same day. I dropped in, it was sorted in 5 minutes. I took an awesome coffee to go and was out in a flash. I've had plenty of cars, plenty of 'good' service. Crown though, they're not on top for nothing, it really is a high-quality experience. More

Shelly was on top of everything in getting my Evoques headliner repaired and oil change. I was expecting to have the car in service for a few days due to the headliner issue but she persevered and it was headliner repaired and oil change. I was expecting to have the car in service for a few days due to the headliner issue but she persevered and it was completed by end of day. Morgan was also extremely helpful in trying to sort out my new Defenders Service portal issue within their CRM tool so that it was reflected within the listing of my other vehicles owned and I have serviced through crown. While unsuccessful, her follow up with responsible staff to get this sorted is outstanding. More

Although I've had good experiences with the previous service of my Jag XK and the initial leasing experience with my Range Rover Velar, this was not the case with my first annual service on the Velar. service of my Jag XK and the initial leasing experience with my Range Rover Velar, this was not the case with my first annual service on the Velar. I was assigned to a new service manager on her first day on the job. So while that was a consideration, it did not justify the lack of communication since she indicated she had previously worked at Mercedes-Benz, where their slogan is "The best or nothing at all." The service began with my reporting that the ac blew hot air for the first several minutes and she responded, "Oh, they all do that." A software update was completed during the service call that appears to have resolved the problem. I had scheduled a Monday dropoff at 7:30 am and received a call later that day that a new door panel needed to be ordered and that I would receive an update call later that day. When I didn't receive a call back, I tried several times over the next 2 days leaving messages with no return call. Her voice mail had not been updated with her name so I asked the receptionist if she was receiving my messages. Finally I asked to speak to the Service Manager and after the receptionist spent a considerable amount of time trying to connect me with a live person, assured me that the Service Mgr. would have her return my call. Finally, the following day, I received a call back. I asked if I could pick up the vehicle since my inention was never to leave it until the new part arrived; otherwise, I would have requested a courtesy vehicle to avoid using the less than desireable rental car system they use. She agreed then called back to say the part had arrived so could they keep the vehicle to complete the work. I agreed but informed her that we were leaving town on Friday morning and it was now Thursday. On Friday afternoon after 4:30 pm, I received two messages that the work was completed and I could pick it up by 6:00 or on Saturday. Upon our return, we went to pick it up on Monday at 9:30 am, more than a full week after drop off. The final kicker was after paying, where the service was good, I walked outside to find the car sitting in the pouring rain outside of the covered area with the door open and the two tone leather seats soaked. Needless to say I was less than pleased with this level of service for a $1,000+/mo lease. Hopefully in the future management will ensure additional training and support for new staff to prevent others from having a similar experience. More
