James, As we discussed, you somehow managed to contact the department directly and not our reservations department and did not have an appointment the day you called. You demanded to come in that day but we did not have an space on the schedule. I called you later the same day to get you on the schedule. As your vehicle is drive-able and out of warranty the first available appointment was 1.5 weeks out. I offered you a courtesy vehicle which currently is with Enterprise (at no cost to you) due to our volume and supply of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. This was unacceptable to you and you chose to not keep your appointment. Sincerely, Jason Midura, Service Manager

Jason you didn’t offer to keep the appointment. You only offered an appointment 2 weeks out...after Shelly didn’t schedule the appointment, so that is a lie. I didn’t demand but I expected an appointment or way to work me in but you didn’t do that. You gave me new appointment 2 weeks later, claiming I was out of warranty and I’m not. It appears you would rather argue than fix my car under warranty in a timely fashion...and set me up with loaner Jaguar like decent Jaguar and other premium dealers do....furthermore proving dealing with you on any issues especially one this easy will be a nightmare for Jaguar customers who come there for service...this banter back and forth proves my point...nothing but a hassle at Crown Jaguar service...and you won’t fix the situation. You would rather deflect and blame me like a bad dealer try’s to not warranty repair...who wants that hassle? My car is under warranty for another year and a half which you would know if you bothered to look!
