Shelly is professional, friendly and efficient! She was very helpful when I took my 2019 Range Rover Evoque in for service. She set me up with loaner car and had my car ready quicker than expected! Good afternoon, over the last year and a half I’ve been bringing my car in with issues that have NOT been resolved. When you have been driving 90 miles round trip time after time, when your vehicle has bee bringing my car in with issues that have NOT been resolved. When you have been driving 90 miles round trip time after time, when your vehicle has been sitting there exposed to the elements for two months, you expect that a requested list that you have made shall be honored and competed. When they tell you that somehow they found the part and to go down and pick it up, you expect that they have completed the request tasks, have test drove the vehicle and my god check it before another 90 mile trip by the customer only to find out that the car has been damaged by another vehicle in the back lot. Mr. Dell is a wonderful guy that, from what I have seen, has absolutely no support by the so called mechanics or personnel above him in service! Regards. Kostas Ktistakis More

Shelly Glasgow-Frye is as ever wonderfully refreshing in her prompt status updates to the timeline on repairs to my Defender in the difficult pandemic parts shortages. The extended period for parts was minimised by her timely professional and friendly updates. Additional issues that arose from my doing when driving there beautiful loaner were also facilitated by Shelly and Miroslav Ostojic. They helped me at every turn from necessary information collection to taking an introducing me to the required Crown colleagues. Something they didn't have to do, especially with there own workload. Family/Friends relationship is why In continue business with Crown. It makes all the difference to know you have someone looking after you and not just a drop off service tag number. This used to be a fantastic dealership. We had purchased several cars from them and the service was always top notch. We tried to get a service for a new car and got the run around. The service manager re several cars from them and the service was always top notch. We tried to get a service for a new car and got the run around. The service manager responded by apologizing for not getting our message, but he had spoken to us and apparently did not remember that his solution to not being able to schedule a service appt. was to call the appt. line which had not returned our calls. It is very sad to see what was a truly number one dealer fall off so badly. More

This dealership wins a few stars in selling you the product, a "NO" stars in service (most important). I am in my 2nd Range Rover, I chose to purchase at this dealership in 2020 for my 2nd Sport due to product, a "NO" stars in service (most important). I am in my 2nd Range Rover, I chose to purchase at this dealership in 2020 for my 2nd Sport due to the sales team providing a good experience THE BUYING DAY! They overpromised with a commitment to on going customer service. As for on going service, the service department is a true disconnect, each visit or call is nothing less of unprofessional customer service, the latest story, they scheduled a service appt and called 4 days prior to appointment day to cancel due to lack of employees, in addition they need to reschedule 27 days later...when you have an issue you must wait over a month total to get your car in the shop???? Buy elsewhere and buy German! More
