Gary and crew were great...easily to make an appt tha I recently had my first interaction with the service department at Crown Jaguar for my 2017 XF. Gary and crew were great...easily to make an appt that fit my schedule and excellent service! I had an issue with noise from the driver side window...Gary was attentive to my problem and fixed it quickly!!! Some places would have sent me away or tried to up-sell me on services not needed.
