Another 5 Star Service Experience at Crown Jaguar! I had an issue driving to work on a "cold" FL morning with tire pressure indicators and warnings coming on all of a sudden. I turned around and waited in the Crown Jaguar service drive before they opened. Rick was in early, noticed the service interval was also on and that the vehicle was due for annual service next month. Since it was 30 days out, he kept the car, put me in a loaner, calling later in the day that all was well again. Saved me a trip next month! The car was clean / washed, and ready before I expected. There is a level of friendliness, professionalism, and caring at Crown Jaguar as exhibited on every visit from Rick Anderson, my advisor, and Karen Cavanaugh, the Service Manager. Lynda Mattingly at the reception desk is always helpful and pleasant as well. My cost for the visit ZERO due to the warranty and maintenance provided on all new Jaguars. Thanks for all you do - in getting things done and making the customer feel special! More

There were several items to be worked on as part of my customer due bill, and all were completed to my satisfaction. This is my first time using the Crown service department, as I live closer to the Tampa dealership, but I wouldn’t hesitate to make the longer drive to use Crown in the future. My service consultant, Gary Sunley, along with his team made the entire experience pleasant and painless. Gary went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed and that I was kept informed of the vehicle’s progress. Also I was provided alternate transportation while the vehicle was being worked on. The results of the cosmetic repairs were very impressive, and the work done by the service technicians was neatly executed. Additionally the parts department was very helpful in getting me the correct accessories ordered for my vehicle. More

Gary Sunley---Always Amazes by Going Above Expectations I realize taking my Jaguar for service can be traumatizing because you never know what to expect from a financial perspective (out of warranty) but I I realize taking my Jaguar for service can be traumatizing because you never know what to expect from a financial perspective (out of warranty) but I can always count on Gary Sunley to provide a detailed and expert analysis and explain exactly what needs to be done. After authorizing the Service Repair, Gary kept me completely informed and updated. When Gary and his team found one of the issues anticipated to be just a simple reset Gary immediately let me know my cost originally assessed would go down by several hundred dollars---I bet a lot of dealers might not take the same honest approach but this is what I have come to expect from Gary and his team. This is why I will only take my Convertible XK to Gary. Kudos to Gary and his team---I truly appreciate the expert work they perform. More

He walked me through a list of questions I had about a recently purchased pre-owned Jaguar and assured me that it was in good condition. He was friendly, patient and very helpful. I left without a service bill! But better yet he gave me a new license plate frame and installed it, a new key fob and some instructions on features of the car with which I was unfamiliar. I had asked for copies of all we signed and he said they were in the envelope which they were not. I asked another question and his short answer was" that is what you came for wasn't it". A little disappointed compared to the sales department. They were busy but could have taken time to inform us better. I realize it was not a Jaguar, but I should have been informed just like it was one. More
Service department was great! I bought a 2015 Jaguar XF in May 2018. I had a problem with the engine light coming on last month and took it in for service. Service and New Ownership Very pleased with my first experience of Crown Jaguar. I purchased a 2 year old F-Pace from a non Jaguar dealer a couple of months ago and brought the Very pleased with my first experience of Crown Jaguar. I purchased a 2 year old F-Pace from a non Jaguar dealer a couple of months ago and brought the car in to get service indicator reset. Whilst I was there they re-registered the car to me and enabled the Jaguar App. The Sales rep Omar and Service rep Gary were both first class and very efficient. I will definitely be back when the service indicator flashes again. Nice Job Crown. More

Tristan never hurried me and he was extremely intuitive. He quickly knew what I was already familiar with and what I was not familiar with.
