Great loyalty in this terrible time General Manager Michal Niezbecki was so nice to my husband (Alfred) and I. I will be trading in a 2018 Jaguar we bought there in two years time at Jag General Manager Michal Niezbecki was so nice to my husband (Alfred) and I. I will be trading in a 2018 Jaguar we bought there in two years time at Jaguar Land Rover St.Petersburg (Crown Jaguar) because of his professionalism and dedication to the customer. Our current Jaguar my husband brought into service & we felt we were disappointed at first. GM Michal NIezbecki called on his day off and took care of the issue IMMEDIATELY! Brought my F-Pace in for service to have the InControl software updated. Loved the update but when I had to drop my husband off a few days later, I let them know there seemed to be features that were not software updated. Loved the update but when I had to drop my husband off a few days later, I let them know there seemed to be features that were not working. It was just shy of closing on a Friday and instead of having me wait and come back the following week, Claude (Tech) and Talon (Service Specialist) asked if I could wait about 20 minutes and they would take care of it. Approx 20 minutes later, I was on my way after they explained what had happened and how they fixed it. It worked great after that. Thank you to Talon and Claude for their excellence in customer service. More

The experience was smooth and simple. All my questions were answered and my loaner car was fantastic.
