In the 3 visits that I shared with Talon at Landrover’s Service Department he consistently has displayed a an in-depth knowledge of both the customer experience and technology of my vehicle. Our most recen Service Department he consistently has displayed a an in-depth knowledge of both the customer experience and technology of my vehicle. Our most recent efforts together have been in regarding vendor updates (AT&T Car Connect) and its connectivity to my 2020 Range Rover. Talon is extremely at ease in working with all technical issues and researches all pertinent facts before I arrive and is able to translate his vast technical knowledge into easy to understand consumer terms. He is thorough in his delving into the issue and when not able to replicate, takes additional steps to ensure that all checks and balances have been explored before leaving to ensure my Range Rover is always operating AAA+ He is a visionary, he is quite approachable as exhibited in his open style of communication and accessibility to people at all levels. He always remembers your past experiences and is thoroughly a delight to engage with, making one always feel welcome and at peace in the knowledge that you are in the best of hands. Thank you Talon! Miro is a visionary sales leader who has a never ending abundance of strengths (driving global strategy, deep customer insight & technical savvy, just to name a few..) however what will always stand out in my mind is his ability to inspire people with his openness and honesty. I recently had a visit to Landrover’s service department for a software upgrade to my 2020 Range Rover. Miro took the time to come and visit with me, remembering my keen interest in the purchase of the new Landrover Defender. He was able to provide me all the latest details and specs of the vehicle and set expectations as to when to begin my thoughts of ordering said vehicle based on world events impacting global distribution and production. Miro believes deeply in the products he sells and instils that confidence to his clients such as myself. Always with a friendly smile , and treating one with dignity & respect. This creates incredible loyalty and drives high performance! For return business such as myself. ( Now my 4th purchase with Crown and this Defender would make 5!).
