Bill was exceptional, professional, very kind and truly interested in helping us to get the car set up and get comfortable with it. The car was not delivered in the best of condition, as a few things feel thru the crack which was not Mr. Martian's fault. We were truly amazed with his knowledge and willingness to help us. Len Wallace has been my guy for two vehicles now, and as long as he is there, he will be my guy moving forward. He is never pushy, will not candy coat things, and does not pretend to know all of the answers. But he will find out and work his best to make you happy. That includes outside the box thinking on options, working after hours, and doing whatever it takes. Simple example: Late night "I was just thinking about an option for you" texts to improve my deal on a sale he already had in the bag. I know it's not the case, but he makes it feel like he's not an employee - he's on your team, acting as your agent. More
