Outstanding Sales Experience I recently bought a Jaguar from Tyler Zimba who is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with at this outstanding dealership. I recently bought a Jaguar from Tyler Zimba who is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with at this outstanding dealership. The purchase occurred from out of state based on my internet inquiry to which Tyler immediately responded. He described the vehicle in greater detail, texted me additional pictures, and thoughtfully answered all of my questions. The sale involved a trade and each step of the sale and trade process was flawless and transparent. Morgan Richards also was helpful and efficient coordinating the paperwork and signing from out of state. Several weeks later in person at the dealership, the presentation of the vehicle was memorable in a separate show room, Tyler spent considerable time reviewing and explaining all of the vehicle's features and answering questions, and he was as pleasant in person as he was by phone and text. There were no surprises during the transaction, the dealership's facility is beautiful, the service was outstanding and Tyler made the transaction pleasant and straight forward. Whether conducting business from in or out of state, I would recommend this dealership and Tyler Zimba. More
