I found Karl to the be punctual, professional, and polite. He made the car buying process as easy as it could be during Covid 19 - and delivered the vehicle to me at no extra charge. Wasted time/lack of curtesy After communicating with Nate (very helpful) the next day I made an appointment with him to view a specific car that I was interested in. Since I was an hour away I gave him a half hour window for my arrival. I also received a phone call that morning from one of the managers and he assured me that Nate would have the car ready for me when I arrived. (My concern was for it to be clean because of Coronavirus - I’m older!) When I was almost there Nate called me to say the vehicle had been sold and he had only just found out. So, my critique is that management should have called me when they received the second inquiry and given me the opportunity to buy or decline before agreeing to a sale with the second party. At the very least it would have saved me a wasted two hour round trip. Despite this experience I would consider working with them again as they have great stock and fair prices. More

In this difficult time for all with Covid19 and the isolation requirements I had an enquiry on my New 2020 RANGE ROVER EVOQUE. I received an email from Credit Karma signaling a new RECALL issued by JLR isolation requirements I had an enquiry on my New 2020 RANGE ROVER EVOQUE. I received an email from Credit Karma signaling a new RECALL issued by JLR NA on 27Feb20. Upon reading the severity of the recall I immediately emailed Karen Carpenter in Service to enquire if this was an item of concern for my vehicle. My vehicle was in service in February post purchase for the installation of an aftermarket vehicle wrap proactively suggested by Talon Craft. Talon had mentioned about a recall he was to undertake whilst it was in, which was completed. I hadn't Talon's email direct but Karen connected with me with him and I had a response jn under 45min to my initial enquiry. Talon was thorough to explain that the recall brought forward by Credit Karma did not apply to my vehicle, moreover he remembered in detail what he had proactively fulfilled on my prior visit which was a minor tweak to fuel sensor. He provided me a website and instructions of how I can immediately check by Vin number should I receive a notice again. I can't express how much a comfort it is to know how responsive and knowledgeable it is to have Talon and Karen not onky know about the vehicles they service but the feeling they instil as to the knowledge of my own car and it's service records...as if it were there own car.
