I recently purchased a pre-owned Jeep and Talas was very pleasant, easy going and ultimately got me the deal that I felt comfortable with. Within a week of the sale, I noticed something unusual while driv pleasant, easy going and ultimately got me the deal that I felt comfortable with. Within a week of the sale, I noticed something unusual while driving the Jeep, that led me to believe that there might be an issue with the transmission. It felt like it was slipping in and out of gear. Ultimately, Karl Peterson, my salesman, figured out the problem by searching online. It turned out not to be trans after all, but a replacement of the shocks and coil turned out to be the fix it needed. The service department took care of this quickly. The Jeep now runs smoothly. I really appreciated both Talas and Karl helping me out by having this service done on their tab even thought it wasn't a part of the power train warranty. Thanks again. (next time it will be a Jag. lol) More

When I first arrived at the dealership, Tristan greeted me immediately. He showed me a few cars, ultimately I chose the F-Pace. Igor sat with me before I left and gave me information as well.
