I purchased a Range Rover Velar in June. The purchase was ok, but I never received any paperwork except the book for the car and the lemon law book. In July, I was hit by a semi and it was totaled. I have been emailing and calling this dealer to get a refund of the warranties and 4 months later I still have nothing. Horrible customer service, they never return your calls unless you want to buy from them. A luxury vehicle purchase should mean luxury customer service throughout the entire ownership of the vehicle. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and now have to get an attorney involved. Manager said it would be taken care of over 2 months ago...still waiting! More
