Tim M made buying my vehicle the best experience possible. Many weeks ago I gave Tim specifics on what I wanted. He found the vehicle that I asked for, drove to my office to show me and could not possible. Many weeks ago I gave Tim specifics on what I wanted. Whilst I was with Tim at the dealership, I found a car for my son and we processed both vehicles at the same time. Miroslav was as always, very professional, knowledgable and thorough. He could not have been more helpful. When I purchased my RangeRover Evoque earlier this year, I told him I would be looking to purchase and thorough. He could not have been more helpful. When I purchased my RangeRover Evoque earlier this year, I told him I would be looking to purchase the new Defender. He kept me updated as to the inventory based on the specs I desired the vehicle to have. With all that is happening in the world with Covid-19 and PPE protocols it was a breeze to work with Miro. He found the exact Defender X. I made an appointment easily, test drove, purchased and he personally delivered the vehicle to my home where the finished paperwork was signed and keys provided. This is my 5th purchase with Crown and my 3rd with Miro and I would not choose any other Dealership nor Salesman to work with. One always feels welcome and every little detail is remembered from past visits or conversations. It’s the little things like this that make one keep coming back.
