Shelly was on top of everything in getting my Evoques headliner repaired and oil change. I was expecting to have the car in service for a few days due to the headliner issue but she persevered and it was headliner repaired and oil change. I was expecting to have the car in service for a few days due to the headliner issue but she persevered and it was completed by end of day. Morgan was also extremely helpful in trying to sort out my new Defenders Service portal issue within their CRM tool so that it was reflected within the listing of my other vehicles owned and I have serviced through crown. While unsuccessful, her follow up with responsible staff to get this sorted is outstanding. More

I had a hard time deciding between models, and they took the time to be true consu incredibly helpful with the purchase of my new Range Rover Sport. I had a hard time deciding between models, and they took the time to be true consultants in guiding me to the right choice for my needs. I tend to be a little OCD with big purchases which can lead to some "analysis paralysis" and lots of questions before I pull the trigger. Josie, Morgan, and Michael were more than patient and devoted a lot of time to make sure that I felt truly comfortable in my decision. And it was a great decision...love the vehicle!!! More
