Honest; humble; pleasant approach; hardworking; man of his word; trustworthy; did EVERYTHING WE ASKED – within his powers; on-time; patient; kept us informed; knowledgeable and taught us well. “If” he did not know an answer, he did not put on like he did. He said he did not know, but he found the answer(s) expeditiously (I respect/appreciate that). He did EVERYTHING he said he would do. He is very reliable; friendly; very professional appearance; kind hearted; transparent; answered our calls and responded to all of our texts; or, he did so in a very timely manner. Kept us updated. NOT PUSHY. He treated and talked to us the way he would want to be treated. Got us the best deal for us. He is courteous and professional.
