Friendly, helpful! Heather was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She answered questions clearly; and laughed at my husband's goofy jokes! Hands down the very best car buying experience I've ever had! Miro was extremely professional, yet very personable throughout the whole experience. I never felt pressured to make a decision or a purchase. had! Miro was extremely professional, yet very personable throughout the whole experience. I never felt pressured to make a decision or a purchase. He was in constant contact with me, pre-purchasing the car (but without feeling pressured), and even after I brought the car home with me, he would check in to make sure everything was going well, to see if I had any questions or needed any help. He even offered to come to my house to help me set up the remote garage door openers if I needed assistance. While I was at the dealership awaiting my financial paperwork, he sat with me in the car until we had all the settings programmed and explained and demonstrated all the features as we set them up. Once home, he would facetime me to walk me though setting up programming that required further assistance. More

I had an appointment for service but they did not honor the appointment. They told me it would be 2 weeks later. I explained what I was told by Shelley about towing the car in giving me uber ride back but the appointment. They told me it would be 2 weeks later. I explained what I was told by Shelley about towing the car in giving me uber ride back but she didn’t book the appointment do the day before I called to arrange transportation or courtesy car was told I would have to make an appointment 2 weeks out. I called Jason Madura and he would not honor my appointment and was not getting a courtesy car but the cheapest enterprise rental. He then proceeded to lie that my car was not under warranty and it is and saw that I didn’t take the appointment for the same day. All o needed fixed was the GPS antenna. This was confirmed by a last minute appointment at Tampa Jaguar and I am set to have it installed a full week before crown Jaguar would take time to look at it and give me some crummy rental and no timeframe to finish repair. Stay away from Crown Jaguar service they will lie and blame you. You have been politely warned! More
