They overpromised with a commitment to on going customer service. As for on going service, the service department is a true disconnect, each visit or call is nothing less of unprofessional customer service, the latest story, they scheduled a service appt and called 4 days prior to appointment day to cancel due to lack of employees, in addition they need to reschedule 27 days later...when you have an issue you must wait over a month total to get your car in the shop???? Buy elsewhere and buy German! More
