Good afternoon, over the last year and a half I’ve been bringing my car in with issues that have NOT been resolved. When you have been driving 90 miles round trip time after time, when your vehicle has bee bringing my car in with issues that have NOT been resolved. When you have been driving 90 miles round trip time after time, when your vehicle has been sitting there exposed to the elements for two months, you expect that a requested list that you have made shall be honored and competed. When they tell you that somehow they found the part and to go down and pick it up, you expect that they have completed the request tasks, have test drove the vehicle and my god check it before another 90 mile trip by the customer only to find out that the car has been damaged by another vehicle in the back lot. Mr. Dell is a wonderful guy that, from what I have seen, has absolutely no support by the so called mechanics or personnel above him in service! Regards. Kostas Ktistakis More
