I went to Crown with the intention of looking at the inventory so I could make a decision as to purchase or lease a vehicle. I was approached on the lot by a young man who asked me what I was looking fo inventory so I could make a decision as to purchase or lease a vehicle. I was approached on the lot by a young man who asked me what I was looking for and he showed me some inventory. I was in a rush that day and we were on the Mercedes side of the dealership, but nothing peaked my interest. I went back a few days later and visited the Jaguar side and was approached by Marge Skaggs. She was extremely helpful. I decided on leasing and asked her opinion on everything from the color inside and out, to the appointments available for the vehicle. She was to the point yet guided me through the entire transaction with professionalism. I was extremely happy with my lease and Marge was always just a phone call away with any questions I had. Her follow up through the entire length of the lease was great. Visits to the dealership for scheduled maintenance were very accomodating. Overall I would purchase/lease there again and have gladly recommended it to my friends and family. More

I am from Canada and contacted Al Kirschbaun of Crown Euro Cars by phone about purchacing and impoting a 2007 XK Jaguar. From the get go I could tell I was dealing with a man with integrity. The outstanding service started when I was picked up by him at the Tampa airport and ended when he insisted on giving me a ride back, after I purchased the car and drove it for a week and also did the importing of the car to Canada.
