My husband and I have just begun our search for a new vehicle and decided to look at the Jaguar. We stopped in at Crown Jaguar and were pleasantly surprised at the opportunity to walk around the lot wit vehicle and decided to look at the Jaguar. We stopped in at Crown Jaguar and were pleasantly surprised at the opportunity to walk around the lot without being accosted by a sales person the minute we got out of our car. After a few minutes we were greeted by Agim who was extremely pleasant and not pushy. There is nothing more frustrating than a dealership with pushy, aggressive salespeople. Agim took the time to listen to us and ask what we were interested in and then provide us the opportunity to get a closer look at a vehicle. We test drove the Jaguar XF Premium and Agim told us of all of the benefits the vehicle had to ofer. We were extremely impressed by his knowledge about the vehicle. I think there were only a couple of questions we asked that he was not sure of and he immediately found out the answer for us. We are still a ways away from making a decision on the vehicle we want to ultimately purchase, but Agim's professionalism, knowledge and pleasant attitude certainly places him and Crown Jaguar at the top of the list. Even if we do not ultimately purchase a vehicle from Agim, we will absolutely recommend him to anyone we know in the market for a new vehicle. More

Al was a consumate gentleman during our transaction, eventhough it started out poorly when Crown Eurocar raised the price of the car from the website price after we had flown in from Kansas City. We eventually located Crown Jaguar in St. Petersburg, FL who had what we wanted. Al Kirshbaum met me at the airport and we transacted the sale. He has been in touch with me on several occasions since the sale as I have access to his personal cell phone. This is the best follow through I have ever had from a sales representative. The dealership had nine XK models in their showroom alone! If anyone needs a Jaguar, this is the place to go. More

I went to Crown with the intention of looking at the inventory so I could make a decision as to purchase or lease a vehicle. I was approached on the lot by a young man who asked me what I was looking for and he showed me some inventory. I was in a rush that day and we were on the Mercedes side of the dealership, but nothing peaked my interest. I went back a few days later and visited the Jaguar side and was approached by Marge Skaggs. She was extremely helpful. I decided on leasing and asked her opinion on everything from the color inside and out, to the appointments available for the vehicle. She was to the point yet guided me through the entire transaction with professionalism. I was extremely happy with my lease and Marge was always just a phone call away with any questions I had. Her follow up through the entire length of the lease was great. Visits to the dealership for scheduled maintenance were very accomodating. Overall I would purchase/lease there again and have gladly recommended it to my friends and family. More
