The service Consultant Rick Anderson made us feel right at home and treated us as if we were long time Crown Jaguar and could not be more pleased. They corrected the problem and made several suggestions for service on our next visit. I just purchase a used Jaguar, so this was a new experience for me. I had an appointment with Karen, she explained how everything works as far as warrenties, road coverage etc. She took me out to experience for me.
