This is the fourth Jaguar I've purchased from this dealership. On April 30, 2011, I traded in my 2009 Jaguar XF, for a 2011 Jaguar XF. I've had my new XF back to the dealership 6 times to eliminate dealership. On April 30, 2011, I traded in my 2009 Jaguar XF, for a 2011 Jaguar XF. I've had my new XF back to the dealership 6 times to eliminate vibration, in the steering wheel. The vibration is constant, but becomes very bad between 50 mph and 70 mph. First they balanced the tires, then they replaced 1-2 tires (they cannot say whether it is 1 or 2), then they replaced all 4 tires and then they replaced the Continental tires with Michelin tires. Unfortunately, none of the replacement tires made any difference. In fact, the Michelin tires not only had vibration, but were extremely noisy, as well. Because I saw no improvement, we requested that they return the new Continental tires to my vehicle. Initially, their main theory was that it was due to "flat spots", in the tires. Later, comments ranged from flat spots to "that's just the way the car is designed, they all do it", to just out and out refusing to admit there was any problem with the vehicle, at all. During the first few services, I was lent 2 different XF loaners. Both "loaner" vehicles had the vibrations, specifically one even worse than my vehicle and the other vehicle vibrated the same as mine. The final visit resulted in an all out refusal to admit there was any problem. It is a shame that Jaguar cannot troubleshoot and repair the issue. It has been a miserable experience, instead of being a joyful experience. I wish I still had my 2009 XF, as there was no vibration, but the smooth ride I'd expect from a $60,000 car. More

I recently took my XK8 on a llong trip from Florida to New York. Along the way I noticed the rear window just opened without being signaled to open. I called Crown Jaguar where I purchased the car and asked for Karen Kavanaugh,or Karl Petersen she was not available but called me back within minutes and told me how to fix the problem by restting the windows. A few minutes later Karl called with the same information.I am so happy that I chose to buy from this dealership Crown Jaguar. Thank you again. More

Went to Crown Jaguar as I was wanting a car to replace my M5 that I had just sold. Wasn't really thinking about a Jaguar but I had made an appointment to see Diana Dickow and the new Jag XKR 175. I was given an opportunity to drive a similar car to the one I wanted and my feelings were soon changing. This was the first car I had test driven that was as fast as my M5 and also had the luxury that I was wanting plus the car was just georgous. Diana was very professional and I actually enjoyed the time I spent at the dealership. Usually this is peoples worst nightmare. I was treated so well and enjoyed my test drive so much that I had no feelings like that. Diana followed up on my visit, did not pester me needlessly, and I ended up ordering a car from her. She was extremely knowledgable about the Jaguar line and was able to answer all of my questions when taking delivery. I am enjoying my new car but still looking forward to the time when I will be trading for another Jag, as exciting as the one I have, with Diana. I did have one issue with the pricing of the car after delivery and Diana and Crown Jaguar manager, Michal Niezbecki actually fought for my rights and were able to make this experience positive from start to finish. After a distinctly negative pre-purchase experience with another Jaguar dealer in the area, I went looking for an alternate choice where I might trade in my 2004 XJ for a new 2011 XJL. As a woman who has b another Jaguar dealer in the area, I went looking for an alternate choice where I might trade in my 2004 XJ for a new 2011 XJL. As a woman who has bought and maintained her own cars for years, owned BMW as well as Jaguar, and who does much research before considering a purchase, I expect a lot from a dealership. Crown Jaguar delivered a superb experience on all fronts, but most especially via my salesperson, Diana Dickow. How delighted I was to encounter a knowledgeable, experienced, articulate woman in new car sales! She knew the car inside out, explained and demonstrated every feature in a clear manner (no small feat considering the plethora of high-tech electronics in that vehicle!), answered every question, exhibited patience and professionalism in every way. The atmosphere of the dealership as a whole is friendly, welcoming and relaxed. Both the General Manager, Larry Casto, and the New Car Sales Manager, Michael Niezbecki, made a point of introducing themselves to me upon my arrival. Lots of humor and "good vibes" permeate the place. The showroom is attractive and immaculate. I'm now the proud owner of the new XJL and my search for a good dealership is over. I would recommend Diana Dickow, and Crown Jaguar, most highly to anyone of either gender who may be in the market for a new vehicle. More

This said, their sales consultant, Al Kirschbaum, was extremely helpful in assisting me in my decision to purchase a Jaguar from them. His knowledge and diligence in providing answers to my questions made the decision making process much easier. In addition, his after sale strategy was very reassuring in that he called several times to inquire if everything was continuing to be satisfactory wity my purchase. He also supplied me with his personal phone number with instructions to call at any time if a need should arise. In closing, I would like to point out how impressed I was with Crown Jaguar"s physical plant as well as the car sales lot. This is a follow-up to my earlier review. During the course of delivering my car to the Atlanta Metro area, the transport company's driver caused significant damage to my neighbor's driveway during his course of delivering my car to the Atlanta Metro area, the transport company's driver caused significant damage to my neighbor's driveway during his attempt to turn the transport vehicle around. Pursuant to filing a claim for the damage, the transport company suddenly had no recollection of any damage. My neighbor was ultimately reimbursed for all damages, but only after aggressive intervention by Al Kirschbaum. Again, Al's tenacity in resolving issues quickly and thoroughly is not only indicative of a consummate professional, but salvaged my long time relationship with a good neighbor (not to mention my neighbor happens to be the Homeowner's Association President). This is but another outstanding example of Crown Jaguar's,and particularly Al Kirschbaum's, dedication to their customers before, during, and most importantly, after the sale. John Mansch More
Al is a very personable guy and treated us like old friends from the first moment he introduced himself.
