I came in at 7PM Monday, June 18th not knowing that they closed at 7:30PM a wonderful sales came out by the name of Karl Peterson we told him which 3 cars we wanted to see. After leaving that evening I told my hisband thats the SUV I want the next morning he went and and started the process for purchase. We went back Tuesday and everything was ready to go. Karl took the time to show us everything on the SUV and even set my phones up to work in it. I had concerns about my address being in my hummer and the next thing you know Karl is out there removing my home address from it. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was extremely friendly and nice. My Salesman Al was a pleasure to work with. There was never any pressure or anxiety felt. Thursday afternoon he called me and said the car was ready and I stopped by for a test drive. I loved the car and decided to buy. The dealership was closing early that day but Al and Ken Feck stayed late to finish the deal allowing me to leave with the car that night. This is the fourth Jaguar I've purchased from this dealership. On April 30, 2011, I traded in my 2009 Jaguar XF, for a 2011 Jaguar XF. I've had my new XF back to the dealership 6 times to eliminate dealership. On April 30, 2011, I traded in my 2009 Jaguar XF, for a 2011 Jaguar XF. I've had my new XF back to the dealership 6 times to eliminate vibration, in the steering wheel. The vibration is constant, but becomes very bad between 50 mph and 70 mph. First they balanced the tires, then they replaced 1-2 tires (they cannot say whether it is 1 or 2), then they replaced all 4 tires and then they replaced the Continental tires with Michelin tires. Unfortunately, none of the replacement tires made any difference. In fact, the Michelin tires not only had vibration, but were extremely noisy, as well. Because I saw no improvement, we requested that they return the new Continental tires to my vehicle. Initially, their main theory was that it was due to "flat spots", in the tires. Later, comments ranged from flat spots to "that's just the way the car is designed, they all do it", to just out and out refusing to admit there was any problem with the vehicle, at all. During the first few services, I was lent 2 different XF loaners. Both "loaner" vehicles had the vibrations, specifically one even worse than my vehicle and the other vehicle vibrated the same as mine. The final visit resulted in an all out refusal to admit there was any problem. It is a shame that Jaguar cannot troubleshoot and repair the issue. It has been a miserable experience, instead of being a joyful experience. I wish I still had my 2009 XF, as there was no vibration, but the smooth ride I'd expect from a $60,000 car. More
