This is the first car my husband and bought using text messages and e-mail. We never went to the dealership, the dealership, cars and all of the paperwork came to us. Mike Niezbecki told he was bring us a red Jaguar to look at , we never expected it to show up on the back of a flat bed truck delivered to our home! The red was gorgeous but we prefer black cars. Mike then sent over a beautify gray but as I stated we prefer black. Mike got on the internet and located a black Jaguar with the interior we wanted and is having it transported to the dealership as we are typing. The car is being transported from Virginia....yea that's a few states away. Mike and I have never spoken on the phone all of our communication has been mostly texting. I have scrolls and scrolls of conversations between us. I found this new way to communication effective and easy. I didn't feel the pressure and uncomfortableness as is common when dealing with dealerships. The text conversations were to the point, no feelings were involved and he and his sales man Bill Martin were awesome to work with. Bill brought and picked up the Jaguars to our home. Delivered all of the paperwork and didn't complain when he found out that my husband wasn't here to sign them. Mike and Bill then made arrangements for the paperwork to be hand delivered to my husbands business so we could complete the sale of our new Jaguar. Since the new Jag will not be here until Monday, Mike and Bill made sure I had a car to drive. They didn't sign me up with a "rent a wreck" they delivered a 2012 XJL for me to use. What more could a customer ask for? This dealership delivers and goes above and beyond any we have ever dealt with. We have owned BMW's and Cadillac's but with the service Crown Jag offers we will be staying with Jag for a long time to come. Mike and Bill were professional, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend Crown Jaguar in St. Petersburg for you next vehicle purchase. More

My experience at Crown Jaguar was a nice experience. I came in expecting to purchase a 2012 Jaguar XF and after talking with Jim and the sale manager I purchased a 2013 XF. The staff took great care of me and stayed after the dealership closed on a Friday night, to be sure everything was done. The sales manager was helpful with explanations of the different engine choices and differences in the model year changes and extended a discount to help me get in the new car. Marc, in the finance area, was also very nice and helpful with a small loan I opted for. I would recommend Crown Jaguar to anyone looking for a new Jaguar or Mercedes. More
