I purchased the car in October 2022 and still have not received the title. When the car was delivered, it reeked of smoke. It was not disclosed to me the previous owner was a smoker, I live in another s received the title. When the car was delivered, it reeked of smoke. It was not disclosed to me the previous owner was a smoker, I live in another state, so I was not able to test drive it. The salesman told me I would be reimbursed for an ozone treatment as well as carpet cleaning. I was only reimbursed for the ozone treatment because the GM would not approve the carpet cleaning. Despite having it ozoned twice, it still smells like smoke. I wish I could return the car. More

I bought my second Jaguar today from Crown and the experience was fantastic! Robbie Dereadt was my salesman and he really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
