I found a defender that I wanted. They had it in inventory. I sent my money for the full cost of the vehicle from my bank to their bank. They sold it out from under me. I had to come down there and get a check from them! I ended up buying a car from the Naples dealer and it was an absolute pleasure. More

I purchased the car in October 2022 and still have not received the title. When the car was delivered, it reeked of smoke. It was not disclosed to me the previous owner was a smoker, I live in another s received the title. When the car was delivered, it reeked of smoke. It was not disclosed to me the previous owner was a smoker, I live in another state, so I was not able to test drive it. The salesman told me I would be reimbursed for an ozone treatment as well as carpet cleaning. I was only reimbursed for the ozone treatment because the GM would not approve the carpet cleaning. Despite having it ozoned twice, it still smells like smoke. I wish I could return the car. More
