As good as Sales Manager - Michal Niezbecki and his fashionable, knowledgeable and friendly Sales Consultant - William Martin are, the service department takes it up another notch. They are just outstanding in all regards. Rick Anderson in the Service Department is a pleasure to deal with. He promptly returns phone calls or emails. Rick knows Jaguars - his attention to detail is great. For example on my last visit, he noticed a problem on the dash of my 2010 XF. Even driving the car everyday, I had never noticed the issue. His advice on maintenance is always on the money. When you come in to the Service Department, Rick is always sure to tell you about the latest arrivals in the showroom or recent Jaguar developments - it is a very subtle sales pitch but demonstrates that the sales and service departments at Crown Jaguar are a team committed to customer service. The excellent service provided by Rick and the rest of the service department - including the always courteous and smiling Service Cashier Edyta Halprin is one of the main reasons I continue to buy from Crown Jaguar.
