He is amiable, hands on and gets us in and out of service as quickly as possible, and without fuss!! He constantly keeps us updated as repairs progress while we drink great coffee and eat tasty donuts in the comfortable lounge. We would highly recommend Gary Sunley and indeed all all employees at Crown Jaguar for their Jaguar service and repair requirements. More

I met with him initially to discuss my needs and we continued to chat over the phone and email over the next two weeks. He was very attentive and patient regarding my questions / requests since I was trying to narrow down the best car for my needs and budget. I have chatted with all the local dealers and feel that Ben and the Crown team were the best in the area. I will be back again and look forward to buying my next car from Ben and I give a 5 star rating with my purchase experience and post sales follow-up. More

The team gave me a great deal to exit my lease a month early. I had been searching for a nice car that had Navigation & a back up camera with everything else the C250 has to offer with low miles in the Tampa area and I could not find one in my price range. Luckily they had one when I checked their website and it all worked out. The staff was very accommodating and worked with me. Ben Cranston was very helpful and a great sales person to work with, he was not pushy at all. I would definitely refer my friends and family to this dealership! More

Fantastic Experience. Ben took me out in the F Type convertible and made me feel very comfortable. He's not pushy and knows cars very well. I had originally stopped in to test drive a 2013 FX Jaguar back in Dec 2013. The salesman I spoke with at that time left and I received no followup to my visit as I was execting. I called to check on Jaguar back in Dec 2013. The salesman I spoke with at that time left and I received no followup to my visit as I was execting. I called to check on the research the salesman was supposed to be doing and was told at that time he was no longer at the dealership. I returned in mid Jan and spoke with the sales Manager to explain that I was still looking. He said he would have Ben C call. I did speak with Ben about what I was looking for and he promised to do the research. A car was found and Ben called but said it was being serviced so not available to drive yet. During the next two weeks I had to ask several times why the service was taking so long, scheduled a visit but had to reschedule due to unavailability of car, and felt that Ben was not being proactive with contacting me (until the last minute), I had to initiate the call to start with. I visited the Mercedes Dealer next door and owned by same company as Jaguar dealer. I mentioned to their salesman that I was going back to the Jaguar dealer after test driving the Mercedes and commented that I was dissatisfied with the untimely response I was getting from Ben. He arranged for Ben to meet me right after the Mercedes who then escorted me to the Jag showroom. Since then, Ben has been very attentive. I was frustrated with the amount of time Ken and Ben took to negotiate the price and felt that a "game" was being played to stretch out my wait time for Ben to return to me with a counter offer. It actually turned out that I was late to my next appointment due to this delay during which I was able to read 1/2 of a book I had brought with me. I am extremely happy with the car though. More
