Very Professional and Positive Sales Experience I visited all three Jaguar dealers in my area but bought the car we wanted from Diana Livernois at Crown Jaguar in St. Pete. Of the sales people I met I visited all three Jaguar dealers in my area but bought the car we wanted from Diana Livernois at Crown Jaguar in St. Pete. Of the sales people I met, Diana was the most professional and the most knowledgeable. She persuaded me to buy her car rather than push me. One of the two other sales people was very pushy and was asking for my order without really understanding what was important to me. Diana was very responsive and thorough in her responses to my phone and e-mail questions. Once we had settled on the price, she arranged for Ken Klak to turn the keys over to me since she was away on a family matter on my delivery day. Ken was also very professional and helpful. Diana even loaned a dealer plate to me since my plate was en route to New York with the person who bought my previous car. I intend to recommend Crown and Diana at every opportunity. More
