Although I live in Northwest Tampa, this is where the car now goes for routine service as they are knowledgeable, professional and always provide a Jaguar loaner car. Both gentlemen went out of their way to make this an extremely easy purchase. Easier than the last time I bought a car from a local dealer. They worked together seamlessly, so it didn't matter which of the two I talked with…they were informed. Bill even helped get the car licensed in my home state. Since receiving the car, I have received several follow-up phone calls to make sure the car met my expectations as well as to answer any questions. In addition, Bill found out we were planning a vacation to Florida and has sent me links to some of the places we should check out when down in the Keys. Definitely above and beyond. It's been a great buying experience and I love my new Jaguar. More
