Jaguar F-Type "S" buyer's review. I recently purchased a 2016 Jaguar F-Type "S" at Crown Jaguar. My sales representative was William "Bud" Hawkins. I can't say enough good things abo I recently purchased a 2016 Jaguar F-Type "S" at Crown Jaguar. My sales representative was William "Bud" Hawkins. I can't say enough good things about the buying experience especially working with Bud. He is extremely professional, personable and goes out of his way to make sure all questions are answered. I was short on time the day I took delivery and did not have ample time for Bud to show me all of the features of the car. Bud came in later in the week on his day off to spend time with me and the car to ensure that I was comfortable with all the functions and features. I am certainly going to recommend Bud to all my friends who are interested in purchasing a Jaguar. More

Out of town service AWESOME Service!!!!!! We were visiting from out of town and encountered an issue with our vehicle. We consulted with our representative in Jacksonvil AWESOME Service!!!!!! We were visiting from out of town and encountered an issue with our vehicle. We consulted with our representative in Jacksonville, FL and were instructed on what to do and who to call in Clearwater, FL. They provided us with the number to the closest dealership (Crown Jaguar). Once we arrived along with our vehicle, it was nothing but pure satisfaction and comfort from the time we walked into the dealership until our vehicle was repaired and picked up. The Crown Jaguar representative that worked with us through this ordeal was Richard (Rick) Anderson. He made us feel very comfortable and treated us just as if we were home with our own representative. He provided us with the details on the current issue and any other issues that may have been discovered during the diagnostics check. Although the car had to stay for a weekend, Rick provided us with a Jaguar service vehicle until ours was repaired. He was nothing short of ensuring us that we were in GREAT-hands with Crown Jaguar, which at the end was proven to be just that. Working with Rick was a blessing and a pleasure. You never know what kind of service or personality you will have to face when you are out of town. Rick’s professional services and personality reflected the same in person and over the telephone. Easy, smooth, happy We live in another FL city (about 50 miles away) and wanted to use a buying service which the local Jaguar dealer doesn't. After exploring the buying service, I received a return email, introducing the dealership and asking our desires. Through an exchange of emails, we found the exact model we thought we wanted. Drove to the dealership to test drive and found it didn't fit my wife (seat too low). Bud Hawkins quickly proposed another that did. They arranged to pull the certificate from the buying service for that car. Came back a few days later for instructions and pick up. We got the color, features, etc.that we wanted. Everything was fully explained. I can think of nothing (short of them moving the dealership to Sarasota) that we could have wanted to go easier or better. More

Two days later I called again ad was informed that he problem was mine and that I needed to fix it at my expense. Doesn't seem right! More
