Best buying experience ever! Ever since seeing the new FPace online I knew I wanted one. I contacted Crown to schedule a test drive. Bill Martin in new car sales did our test drive with us and was patient with us while we looked at every feature. I really wanted the Caesium Blue but we were not able to select it on the online order form. The vehicle was so new that the dealer was not sure if it could be ordered in that color. I placed an order for a white one but Bill Martin assured me he would check to see if I could order the blue either in a 2017 or if it would be available in the 2018 model. He checked with their mfr rep and others and they went all the way to headquarters in the UK to see if it would be available in 2018. After bird dogging that and being told no, it was a first edition color only, we ordered the white. Bill knew how badly I wanted the blue one. A miracle happened two days later. A preordered First Edition came available when someone couldn't take delivery. Bill called and I am now the happy owner of this beautiful vehicle. He could have just let the white one go through production but he called me! My experience with everyone at Crown Jaguar was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and Bill Martin to anyone looking for a first rate experience!! More

The Best Dealership ever... bar none! I have been a customer of Len Wallace's for 12 years, and I keep coming back to buy from him because he is the best. He has always gone above my expectations in providing the best deal and car based on my needs and requirements. I would highly recommend Len whether you are in the market for a Jaguar or a Mercedes-Benz. I made the switch from a Jaguar to a M-B GLC 300. Len took care of everything even though he is a Jaguar sale person. He personally took care of making sure that I still received the best purchase deal. Then followed through to the final delivery making sure everything was perfect, as he always does. Bottom line... I highly recommend Len Wallace and Crown Euro. More

Having worked with both of the two local Jaguar dealerships on a transaction, I unequivocally feel that Crown Jaguar was far superior to their competitor -- in integrity, responsiveness, service, and disclosure. We returned to Crown because of the outstanding buying experience we received from Diana Livernois, our sales and leasing consultant. We had many dealerships to choose from as we bought our first car from Crown while we lived in New Orleans, some four years ago. We have since moved to Tampa and even though there are dealerships closer, we chose to return to St. Petersburg because of the buying experience we received from Diana. New F-Type Lease I just recently leased a 2016 F-Type convertible from William "Bud" Hawkins. I traded out of my 2013 XK with 3 months left on that lease. I got a gre I just recently leased a 2016 F-Type convertible from William "Bud" Hawkins. I traded out of my 2013 XK with 3 months left on that lease. I got a great deal and I LOVE the car. The overall experience from my test drive through closing the deal was extremely easy.
