She explained all options available ,handled the paperwork quickly and was willing to go out of her way to be helpful. I am very pleased with the deal she offered and with the final selection I made. My wonderful experience getting my new Jaguar XE. My husband and I were looking to see the new Jaguar XE. Service department issues Let me start by saying I love my jaguar , but having so many issues with crown jaguar service department this past year ( techs are good) service advi Let me start by saying I love my jaguar , but having so many issues with crown jaguar service department this past year ( techs are good) service advisors never follow through, this past week was the third time I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to drop off my vehicle for warranty repair , I get a phone 35 minutes prior to my scheduled drop off time ( keep in mind I live 60 minutes from the dealer ) the service advisor calls to let me know they do not have a car for me, THIS IS THE THIRD TIME, then the service advisor tells me he does not know when they will have one available so I asked him please schedule me when you have one available this was two weeks ago no one has made contact with me, I have called for the past two days even left a message for the service manager Karen not one return phone call in the past two days. Service is so bad I am contemplating changing vehicles ( sad part is my wife prefers to purchase a new Ftype, but she is also fed up with the service we have been provided ) More

We had a little glitch with the SIM card for the WiFi in the F-Pace, Bud and the service department worked tirelessly to remedy the issue with the SIM card.
