My wonderful experience getting my new Jaguar XE. My husband and I were looking to see the new Jaguar XE. We met Diana Livernois and she gave us all kinds of information about the car and also offered us to go on and drive the car. We did, and we love it. She was very helpful with all our questions, and very professional, providing us with comfort while doing paperwork, she also prepared a deal which was ideal for us and we were satisfied with it. We had a good experience and we will go back to her to lease another car. We recommend her to all our friends. More

Service department issues Let me start by saying I love my jaguar , but having so many issues with crown jaguar service department this past year ( techs are good) service advi Let me start by saying I love my jaguar , but having so many issues with crown jaguar service department this past year ( techs are good) service advisors never follow through, this past week was the third time I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to drop off my vehicle for warranty repair , I get a phone 35 minutes prior to my scheduled drop off time ( keep in mind I live 60 minutes from the dealer ) the service advisor calls to let me know they do not have a car for me, THIS IS THE THIRD TIME, then the service advisor tells me he does not know when they will have one available so I asked him please schedule me when you have one available this was two weeks ago no one has made contact with me, I have called for the past two days even left a message for the service manager Karen not one return phone call in the past two days. Service is so bad I am contemplating changing vehicles ( sad part is my wife prefers to purchase a new Ftype, but she is also fed up with the service we have been provided ) More

We had a little glitch with the SIM card for the WiFi in the F-Pace, Bud and the service department worked tirelessly to remedy the issue with the SIM card. Everyone I have ever worked with at Crown have been awesome. Working with Bud has been truly enjoyable experience and consider him a good friend almost like a brother. More

Best buying experience ever! Ever since seeing the new FPace online I knew I wanted one. I contacted Crown to schedule a test drive. Bill Martin in new car sales did our test dr Ever since seeing the new FPace online I knew I wanted one. I contacted Crown to schedule a test drive. Bill Martin in new car sales did our test drive with us and was patient with us while we looked at every feature. I really wanted the Caesium Blue but we were not able to select it on the online order form. The vehicle was so new that the dealer was not sure if it could be ordered in that color. I placed an order for a white one but Bill Martin assured me he would check to see if I could order the blue either in a 2017 or if it would be available in the 2018 model. He checked with their mfr rep and others and they went all the way to headquarters in the UK to see if it would be available in 2018. After bird dogging that and being told no, it was a first edition color only, we ordered the white. Bill knew how badly I wanted the blue one. A miracle happened two days later. A preordered First Edition came available when someone couldn't take delivery. Bill called and I am now the happy owner of this beautiful vehicle. He could have just let the white one go through production but he called me! My experience with everyone at Crown Jaguar was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and Bill Martin to anyone looking for a first rate experience!! More
