Excellent experience! This was the fourth dealership we went to over a 3 day period while we were shopping for a car. We had negative experiences at the other 3 dealerships This was the fourth dealership we went to over a 3 day period while we were shopping for a car. We had negative experiences at the other 3 dealerships for various reasons, mostly related to pushy salespeople full of misinformation. On the other hand, we had an exceptional experience at Crown (and in fact continue to have a great experience - their after-the-sale support is outstanding!). Our primary salesperson was William "Bud" Hawkins and he was pleasant, friendly and a wealth of information, but everyone there has been extremely helpful. We ended up feeling that we received a very fair price on a terrific automobile. I would absolutely return (even though they are 6 1/2 hours away) for our future needs, and recommend Bud and Crown Jaguar without reservation. More
