I was fortunate to purchase a F-Pace, R-Sport through Arnis. His courtesy along with his knowledge and advice was exemplary and I felt like I was being treated by a friend or even a brother. He informed me of the diesel engine model (which originally was not under consideration). His analysis and advice was low keyed, not with any sales pressure. After driving the car for a few weeks now I can see the right decision was made. I really appreciated the fact that Arnis acted as a counselor not a stereotypical salesman and I feel that I have made a lifelong friend. More
