He spent most of the day with us test driving different models and explaining the differences in detail. Once we decided on a car, it was an easy no haggle experience at a very fair price. Besides the fact we obviously love our cars, we also LOVE the customer service here Both my husband and I have purchased Jaguars from this dealership. Besides the fact we obviously love our cars, we also LOVE the customer service here!!! We met Bud Hawkins for the first time almost a year ago when we leased our first Jag. My husbands lease with Lexus was almost up and he thought about BMW. I think he was looking at a BMW M6 or something like that. Well, the customer service there lacked. I reminded him of all the perks of leasing a Jag and how the customer service is amazing! We went to see Bud again. Bud's our Jag guy. He really does make it all about you and your needs. We left that day with F-TYPE V8. Love this dealership. Bud truly makes you feel like you are part of the Jag family. We love driving our Jags! Thank you for everything, Bud!!! More

Great experience! From the moment we walked in to Crown Jaguar we felt very important. We were approached pretty quickly by Matt Taneja. He was very personable and ni From the moment we walked in to Crown Jaguar we felt very important. We were approached pretty quickly by Matt Taneja. He was very personable and nice. We ended up taking the Jaguar XE for a test drive with Matt and he was very knowledgeable about the car. When we returned to the dealership he introduced us to his manager Mike Niezbecki who was also very nice and made us feel very comfortable. We decided to lease the car and Matt brought the car and paperwork to me at my home. We had scheduling issues so Matt was kind enough to offer. We went over every detail in the car. Matt wanted me to feel comfortable before he left. Ken Klak called me the day before with all the lease details and was also very kind and personable. I have to say buying a car at Crown Jaguar was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this Dealership and the team of gentleman that helped me decide on the beautiful car I am now driving. First Jaguar: Great Experience at Crown This our first Jaguar and it has actually been fun buying this car. We were treated well and felt that all of our questions and concerns were addresse This our first Jaguar and it has actually been fun buying this car. We were treated well and felt that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. William "Bud" Hawkins spent the time with us to have both drive the car and to look at all the possible purchase options. When we wanted to take a day to think about our decision there was no high pressure to buy. That gave me the confidence that Bud was looking to make sure we were satisfied instead of just selling a car. The closing process was handled very well by Ken Kalk. I was very impressed by the teamwork from all of the staff to make us satisfied with our new car. More
