Seamless I live in Tennessee and my local Jaguar dealerships were not helpful. I found the exact F Pace I was looking for on line at Crown with the lowest price I had seen anywhere. I called up and spoke to Bud Hawkins who made my purchasing experience the best I have ever been through. One week after corresponding with Bud, I flew down to St. Petersburg and he picked me up at the airport. 2 hours later I was driving North to take my wife her new F Pace. William "Bud" Hawkins is great! I look forward to purchasing from him again. More

Bill Martin, very professional sales rep My wife and I noticed Bill's reviews by other clients of Crown Jag, and decided we would contact Bill to pursue our interest in a F-Pace SUV. Glad we My wife and I noticed Bill's reviews by other clients of Crown Jag, and decided we would contact Bill to pursue our interest in a F-Pace SUV. Glad we did...Bill turned out to be as good or better than his reviews on their web site. Bill put in a lot of work based upon our requests for details on the F-Pace, and he was well prepared when he notified us that he had 'found' our Jag, and scheduled our test ride. We experienced one of the most thorough test rides we had ever had, and at the end of that ride decided to buy the car. I'm not an easy sell, and Bill made it easy. We were also impressed by the Crown Sales Manager, Michal Niezbecki, who was very informative, and patient, in explaining certain elements of our 'deal'. Also, Marc Isreal, F&I Manager, was very responsive to our time crunch, and very supportive in the contracting process. I have to say, I'm accustomed to purchasing high-end automobiles from high quality dealers...however, Crown is shaping up to take the top prize. Really good team...really good buying experience. More

I rec'd a call over the weekend from Karen Cavanaugh, Crown Service Mgr, that my car computer needed re-programming because my wheels were upgraded, and in haste to meet my time crunch on delivery of the car, was not programmed for those exact wheels. She made the scheduling easy and convenient, so I showed up the next day, and was promptly attended to by Rick Anderson, Service Advisor. In and out promptly as promised. I'm enjoying this experience at Crown...the service-sales teams are very impressive. More
