Matt Taneja was the product specialist that my wife and I dealt with at Crown. Matt is an absolutely excellent person to work with. Matt is both knowledgeable and friendly. Matt's attitude and enthusiasm for the Jaguar brand made my car buying experience outstanding. Living in the Tampa area there are several Jaguar dealers to pick from, Crown Jaguar stood out. The Crown lot had an excellent selection and everyone we met there was super nice and engaging. The dealership is easy to get to and has a great test drive route that combines both street and highway driving. We will be back when my wife needs her next vehicle. More

Dealing via text messages, emails and phone calls adds a whole new dynamic to the purchasing experience. Luckily we had a great salesman, Dain Carlson. He kept us informed of the process to the best of his ability along the way. He was always quick to respond to texts and emails. It seems like a lot of companies are losing their quality of customer service but that was not our experience with Crown. If that stays the same we will be buying our next jaguar from Crown More

Rating of my recall and sensor problem Gary Sunley was my service rep. Gary did a great job with the air bag recall. I had a sensor about my trunk not closing. He changed out the latch o Gary Sunley was my service rep. Gary did a great job with the air bag recall. I had a sensor about my trunk not closing. He changed out the latch on the trunk and the sensor went off. He also did a complete inspection of my car due to the fact it is 9 years old. There were a few minor things needing attention. I asked to have it done at a later date, as I have a three hour drive home. He was very complying, since nothing was urgent. I would recommend Gary to work on my car or anyone's car. He did and excellent job. More

The salesperson that greeted me was perfectly happy to drive across town to retrieve the vehicle that I was interested in(it was in a mall being displayed). Even though I made it plain that I wasn't buying a car in the near future , I was given a thorough presentation of the vehicle's features as well as a lengthy test drive. When I left that day, it was with a great confidence in the dealership and a fear that I'd be "hounded" by the salesperson until I bought a car-just being honest here! Nothing of the sort happened & so, nearly three months later, when it was time to buy & I'd decided on the Pace, I knew with whom and where it would be. Great thanks to Crown Jaguar and most especially, Dain Carlson, my excellent salesperson! I not only got a wonderful "deal", I also received a seamless purchase experience! More

Matt took me on my 1st test drive and I wound up there a month later buying my car after having walked off of Jaguar Tampa (closer to my house and had a car I wanted to look at) . The salesperson , Chris , at Jaguar Tampa was high pressure, very salesy and tried to down sell me after I told him I had another month and was going to wait to get the car I wanted. He didn't care about what I needed. Just that he made a sale that day.... even bad mouthing Crown. Big no no. I had been texting with Matt and knew the car on the lot was the one I wanted. When I told him I was waiting a month after he gave me his best price , he was gracious and friendly. A couple of days later, he called with a solution so I could buy the car that day! :). Most done via internet and text. Awesome experience! Highly recommend these guys! And Tristan was awesome coming to my house a week later to go more in depth with all of the controls on the car and answering questions! More
