The experience we had with their Jaguar team was just terrific --namely Bill Martin (Salesman) and Michael Niezbecki (Sales Manager). Bill is a true professional, with knowledge of the product line and a real pleasure to deal with. As a car enthusiast and collector myself, Bill and I hit it off well. My wife, who could think of at least 10 other things she would rather be doing than discussing cars and more so shopping for cars, also appreciated Bill's style and more importantly, his genuine care for his clients. Since this new SUV is for my wife, Bill wanted her to be comfortable, informed and excited about the new purchase. He did just that. The new Jaguar line up is impressive all by itself but couple that with the great Sales and Support team at Crown... you have a Winning Combination! More

It would have been easier to just get my Jaguar from the dealer in Orlando, but how could I? She outworked, was super professional, friendly, genuine, HONEST and delivered the car to our house and took an Uber back? Who does that? I'll tell you Ginger Falls!!!!! She has a lifelong fan and friend. If there were more people like her buying or leasing a car would be a much easier thing for people to do. If the GM of the dealership ever decides to leave, i think Crown Jaguar has found their replacement. Thanks Ginger!!!!!!!!!! More
