The follow-up to make sure the F-Pace meets all my expectations has been first class. Also, Tristan Smith made a trip to Orlando to make sure I understood the features of the SUV and assisted with initial set up. You can tell they both love what they do and it shows in their work. It was definitely worth my time to travel from Orlando to St Petersburg to experience the great deals and Customer Service that Crown Jaguar offers. Anyone in the area, should strongly consider Crown if you're in the market for a Jaguar. More

Started out bumpy On July 17 I brought my brand new F-pace into the service department as it was leaking small droplets of water inside the vehicle after it rained. I On July 17 I brought my brand new F-pace into the service department as it was leaking small droplets of water inside the vehicle after it rained. I initially made contact with the service advisor Rick Anderson who was very nice and polite. He told me he would fix the vehicle and he would keep me updated on the vehicles progress. Little did I know that keeping updated required me calling for updates more then receiving calls of the updates. Every update was an excuse on why the vehicle was not being repaired. The excuses continued for an entire week. The excuses ranged from people being on vacation, people in training, to this is a new problem we are not familiar with. On July 24 I called in the afternoon for an update and once again told the vehicle had not been repaired and again given another possible date of completion. After reaching my wits end on Tuesday I called and ask for the service manager but was never routed to her I was always routed back to my service advisor Anderson. On July 26 my husband emailed the service manager, Karen. This is when the entire experience turned positive. Karen responded to my husband's email within minutes of him sending it. When she called she was extremely knowledgeable about the problem with our vehicle and she explained that there was a communication break down between the service department and body shop thus why the vehicle had not been repaired. Finally, we were speaking to a straight shooter. Karen explained what was going to happen to the vehicle and she gave us a date of the repairs being completed. She kept us in the loop personally via phone calls so we knew what was taking and we had our vehicle back in 2 days as she promised. This experience was very frustrating until Karen became involved in the process. I can not thank her enough for her assistance and had she not gotten involved they would probably still have our vehicle. Based on her commitment and truthfulness I would recommend Crown as I know if there is a problem with the service advisor she will take care of the issue if brought to her attention. More
