Greatest Car Experience Ever! My husband sent me a text and told me to meet him to do something fun. He wouldn't tell me what it was. When I pulled up to Crown Jaguar, I was inst My husband sent me a text and told me to meet him to do something fun. He wouldn't tell me what it was. When I pulled up to Crown Jaguar, I was instantly annoyed. We had talked about getting me a new car, but I didn't think I was ready. However, when I met Ginger for the first time, I couldn't help but smile. She has such a great personality and a calm eagerness to do the right thing by her customer. We talked and I was taken on a test drive in an F-Pace. I had my eye on an SUV when we were going to buy. Throughout the process, Ginger was not pushy at all (that's my experience with all car dealers). She asked questions and listened to my answers. She asked about my driving habits and how I would be driving, whether in town or highway, etc. She truly wanted to make sure of the correct car and the correct fit for me. I really liked that. I found that the SUV wasn't really what I was after. I wanted luxury. Crown worked with us on the trade-in and by the end of the night I drove home in a beautiful pre-owned certified Jaguar XJL. I love it!!! More
