She educated me on all their products and took me for a test drive while Daine computed the trade in value of my existing car. Best of all, I never felt any pressure and I left with a simple document showing the purchase price, dealer fees, taxes, the trade in appraisal, my proposed down payment, and the net cost. They also gave me the CarFax for the vehicle I was interested in and calculated the best interest rate they could find for me.
