In our agreement of purchasing our brand new Jaguar XE, was to have the windows tinted. I met with Rick Anderson in the service department and he was a pleasure to work with! Very helpful and super friendly! He leant me a nice loaner car while mine was going to be tinted. And since I live in Bradenton, he let me keep the rental car for a couple days because I had to work and lived far. I was so ecstatic to get my new car back when the window tinting finished. They did an excellent job on the windows! It came out phenomenal! They even followed up a few days later with a curtesy call to make sure I was happy with everything.
