I bought a used car from this dealership and Im not a complainer, but from the rude sales manager (Dain Carlson) to the salesman (Karl Peterson) promising things he could not deliver and brakes issues they didn't want to fix that were identified during purchase. Another Great Sales Experience at Crown Jaguar Repeat Jaguar customer and just obtained my fourth Jaguar over the Christmas break. Bud Hawkins was my repeat salesman and did a stellar job on early Repeat Jaguar customer and just obtained my fourth Jaguar over the Christmas break. Bud Hawkins was my repeat salesman and did a stellar job on early lease termination and providing an excellent year end deal on the new XJ. The car was ready and even in the showroom upon my arrival appointment. The finance appointment was quick and easy. Bud showed me some vehicle highlights and informed that Tristan would make an appointment to come out to my condo for a full vehicle usability session. The follow up with Tristan went well and he was able to acclimate me to the differences from my XF. I had to make a follow up visit for Nitrogen the next day as the tires were low in the rear and variable in the fronts. Karen Cavanaugh helped with that request swiftly and in her ever helpful and professional demeanor. Overall my experience with Bud, Tristan, and Karen was excellent, so much so that I feel part of the Crown family;) I highly recommend Crown Jaguar regularly to friends, family, and co-workers! More
