I flew down to pick up the car and worked with Arnis at the dealership. He picked me up at the airport, and even had a cold sparkling water ready in the car. Nice touch Arnis! Arnis went through everything I needed to know about the car before I started driving back. He even checked up on me the next day to make sure I made it back to Indiana safely. This time we didn't really expect to drive out with a new car, we stopped on the off chance that as previous customers they might do us a deal on an F Pace? It didn't hurt to ask. We were actually heading to a Ford dealership to look at Explorers thinking they'd be cheaper and more in line with our budget. Wrong! But that's another story. So we spoke to Matt who we dealt with last time - his enthusiasm is infectious. We had a price in mind, and they couldn't really get there initially. But Matt and Michal the sales manager wanted the sale and to make us happy and put us in an F Pace, so they came up with an answer. Long story short, we are now in a stunning silver F Pace that's a really great price, and so much better than a more expensive Ford Explorer! We would highly recommend Matt Taneja and Crown Jaguar, and unless something changes, it will always be the first place we go to when in the market for a new vehicle. More
