Treats you like Family I met Omar @ 3 months ago when I started the vehicle search process. At the time I had 4 vehicles on my list and the Jaguar F-Pace was one of them. I met Omar @ 3 months ago when I started the vehicle search process. At the time I had 4 vehicles on my list and the Jaguar F-Pace was one of them. Even though Omar knew I wouldn't be ready to make a purchase immediately, he took the time to walk me through a demonstration of the vehicle, gave me the F-Pace BOOK, and asked that I contact him for a test drive when I narrowed my selection down. Fast forward to the test drive.....I was greeted at the door by Bud who explained Omar was with a client, but was expecting me and would get to me ASAP. Bud offered water and made us comfortable until Omar was free. The test drive was wonderful........sporty feel and luxury comfort. The vehicle sells its' self. Omar was the conduit to make sure I got the bells and whistles that I needed/wanted. He beat the True Car price and conferred with Michal to add extra tinting. Once everything was agreed upon, Omar directed me to the financing process (which was very quick and simple), then drove the vehicle to my home (@ 50 miles away), where we completed all of the paperwork. While this review may be a little long, I've left out all the hand holding, texting, pictures, phone calls etc. of which were just icing on the cake to make me feel like I was part of the Crown Family. Thanks, Omar, Michal, Bud, and Tristan for being a top notch, customer service oriented family. More
