Michal had everything set up for us for our deal before we even got to the dealership, no hard negotiation necessary! He gave us the best offer he could and had Arnis take care of us to get through the paperwork. Arnis was super patient and gracious - he really gave us an awesome experience getting our new Jaguar. Tristan came out to the house and was very thorough and knowledgeable getting the car set up to my preferences. He explained how everything would work and even knew all the minutiae about when each feature would expire, etc. This whole experience makes me look forward to my next purchase at Crown! Also, Ashli from Finance made what's usually the boring part of car buying, SO MUCH FUN. She's the best! More

Great Dealership I recently purchased a new 2018 Jaguar F-Type from Crown Jaguar. My sales person was Bill Martin I can't say enough about Bill there was absolutely I recently purchased a new 2018 Jaguar F-Type from Crown Jaguar. My sales person was Bill Martin I can't say enough about Bill there was absolutely no sales pressure and Bill knew the car inside and out. We took it for a test drive which was a real test drive not just a ride around the block. Bill explained all the features to me. I loved the Jaguar and knew that was the car for me. As far as negotiating the price it was very relaxed and I felt I got a fantastic deal. After the sale Bill took considerable time to review all the features of the Jaguar and told me if I hade any questions I could call him anytime. It was the best car shopping experience I ever had. I not only consider Bill a great sales person but also a good friend. Thanks Bill for a great overall experience. More
