I had asked for copies of all we signed and he said they were in the envelope which they were not. I asked another question and his short answer was" that is what you came for wasn't it". A little disappointed compared to the sales department. They were busy but could have taken time to inform us better. I realize it was not a Jaguar, but I should have been informed just like it was one. More
