Outstanding! Believe it or not it was exhilarating. We had been corresponding with Matt taneja four weeks by phone. When we finally had the opportunity to meet him in the showroom he greeted us like family. His friendliness, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile was incredibly unexpected. We left the dealership not only with the car of our dreams. We also left with an extended family. This was the most gratifying car buying experience I have ever had. The manager...Bud Hawkins was extremely helpful courteous and his confidence and insight made my car buying experience relaxed and pleasant. Bravo to the manager and his team! Ending with the finance... Joseph Sobczak was incredibly knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the financing impeccably. There were absolutely no question marks on his desk that he did not address. We left knowledgeable and comfortable with our lease. Joseph... You are the man! Service department was great! I bought a 2015 Jaguar XF in May 2018. I had a problem with the engine light coming on last month and took it in for service. Gary was my advisor and I bought a 2015 Jaguar XF in May 2018. I had a problem with the engine light coming on last month and took it in for service. Gary was my advisor and he could not have been more pleasant. He gave me an awesome loaner car so I would not miss a beat with my work and family obligations. Although the repairs took longer than normal, Gary kept me informed on the progress and always responded quickly. More

Service and New Ownership Very pleased with my first experience of Crown Jaguar. I purchased a 2 year old F-Pace from a non Jaguar dealer a couple of months ago and brought the Very pleased with my first experience of Crown Jaguar. I purchased a 2 year old F-Pace from a non Jaguar dealer a couple of months ago and brought the car in to get service indicator reset. Whilst I was there they re-registered the car to me and enabled the Jaguar App. The Sales rep Omar and Service rep Gary were both first class and very efficient. I will definitely be back when the service indicator flashes again. Nice Job Crown. More
