After authorizing the Service Repair, Gary kept me completely informed and updated. When Gary and his team found one of the issues anticipated to be just a simple reset Gary immediately let me know my cost originally assessed would go down by several hundred dollars---I bet a lot of dealers might not take the same honest approach but this is what I have come to expect from Gary and his team. This is why I will only take my Convertible XK to Gary. Kudos to Gary and his team---I truly appreciate the expert work they perform. More

Karl had it waiting for our inspection, in spotless condition. He also went out of his way to show us around the dealership and all the other cool cars they had for sale, and there were some real beauties. It was refreshing dealing with a salesman who is as big a car enthusiast as ourselves.
