My first visit to Crown Jaguar service center in St.Pete Gary Sunley was awesome! He is a 6-star person. He walked me through a list of questions I had about a recently purchased pre-owned Jaguar and assur Gary Sunley was awesome! He is a 6-star person. He walked me through a list of questions I had about a recently purchased pre-owned Jaguar and assured me that it was in good condition. He was friendly, patient and very helpful. I left without a service bill! But better yet he gave me a new license plate frame and installed it, a new key fob and some instructions on features of the car with which I was unfamiliar. Overall great new car buying experience! I found out about Crown Jaguar while searching for a Jaguar F Pace online. Within minutes of my inquiry, I received an email from Jeff Joiner. He wa I found out about Crown Jaguar while searching for a Jaguar F Pace online. Within minutes of my inquiry, I received an email from Jeff Joiner. He was able to answer my questions in a timely manner. His manager, Bud Hawkins, also followed up with me and provided me a quote, while Jeff was out of the office. Ultimately, Crown had the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and made the buying process easy. I had to drive about an hour to get to the dealership, but ultimately felt it was worth it to get the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend Crown and consider them for future purchases! More

2018 Jaguar XE R-Sport Crown Jaguar was the first Jaguar dealership I contacted, I was also looking at vehicles/brands. Jeff Joiner was very helpful and quick to respond f Crown Jaguar was the first Jaguar dealership I contacted, I was also looking at vehicles/brands. Jeff Joiner was very helpful and quick to respond from the beginning. I never felt the need to contact any other Jaguar dealerships in hopes for a better offer despite living 2.5 hrs away because I felt at ease when dealing with Jeff Joiner and Bud Hawkins. The negotiation process at the dealership the day of went smoothly. Gerardo Diaz went over all the vehicle's features and was very friendly and personable, he got a great sense of humor and honestly made the time I spent at the dealership more enjoyable. I recommend Crown Jaguar if you're considering a Jaguar for your next vehicle. More

Best Car Buying Experience EVERY! I purchased a brand new 2018 Jaguar F Pace with Megan and she did an outstanding job.
